– I was unsure if I would be able to achieve my goals. I had spent numerous dollars on gyms in the past, but I never received any results.

– At the beginning stages, Mike ensured that I made it to the sessions and followed up with questions regarding my diet. He motivated me physically, but also provided me with the mental stimulation that I required to achieve my goals. I had to put in the hard work to achieve my goals, but Mike was absolutely necessary to facilitate this process. He helped me paint the mental picture of what I wanted to look like in the future.

– My life has completely changed! I have learned the meaning of true success. I have lost approximately 38 lbs and I have more energy for the other parts of my life. I have become a better husband and a more involved father to my children. My wife and kids love the new me who has time to spend with them and the patience to support them in their endeavours. I did not think I had enough time to change, but now it is a part of my life!

– My main goal was to establish a healthier body and a better life style.

– I felt that I had to change my life style and my diet, but did not know where to begin.

– Previous to working with a specialist I did not have a diet/exercise plan. Mike prepared an appropriate plan and brought a tremendous amount of enthusiasm and support to the sessions that helped me stick with the program and encouraged me to continue this life style. I feel very comfortable completing the program because someone was there to make sure I was completing them correctly.
His encouragement has helped me accomplish my health goals by allowing me to feel good about what I am doing and offering support in every step of the way.

– I am leading a better life style that is healthier and balanced.

– Having been overweight most of my life, I felt that my goals would be difficult to achieve. I also have a history of shoulder dislocation, which I felt would limit my ability to exercise.

Mike made me aware of my misguided habits from diet, exercise and mindset, and he moulded it into a more positive and healthy lifestyle through advice, practicality and sharing personal life experiences.

– Since I started my program I have felt better about myself and have had a more positive outlook in life. I feel more alive, more confident and more willing to continue to become more active. I have embraced a healthier lifestyle in diet, exercise and the mind. Throughout the day I feel more energetic and I feel as though I can finally become so much more and capitalize on other opportunities I once felt I couldn’t achieve.

– I think every young guy dreams of having the look of being totally lean and ripped. You think you’re going to get that way but just lifting weights and doing and cardio. There is so much more to working out. The best thing my practitioner did for me was educate me about working out! Now I feel more confident in what I do.  My main goal was to loose the stomach. I’m nearly there and I owe it all to my Mike!

– I feel like I’m a whole new person! I have more energy through out the day, my confidence level has gone through the roof, puts a huge smile on my face that my clothes have gone down is size & the best part is when people complement they way I look!!

Responses to questions

  1. My goals were to lose weight and get stronger. Being a volleyball player and loving physical activity, I knew that with time I needed to be more stronger and in better physical shape to maintain a high level of physical activity and competitiveness.
  2. My expectations/feelings were that I knew that if I worked hard enough I could achieve my goals. However I did feel that without knowledge, guidance and diligence it would be very difficult to achieve the “total package”.
  3. Having Mike was the best thing I could have ever done. Mike has pushed me to levels that I could not have attained myself. He has also made me realize that to obtain the “total package” there are elements such as diet and a strong mindset along with the right protocol are needed.
