Have you ever wondered what the best sources of protein are?

Some generally good sources of protein include:

  • Eggs (ideally raw and free-range, organic)
  • Grass-fed beef and bison
  • Free-range, organic chicken and ostrich
  • Raw dairy products (raw milk,  cheese, yogurt, kefir, etc)
  • Wild-caught, mercury-free fish (only eat this if you can confirm via lab-testing that it’s not polluted)


FYI, consume approximately 80 – 100 grams of protein per day for 180 pound, moderately active man. Conversely, 50 – 70 grams of protein is required for a 130 pound, moderately active woman.
